The Chilli Cap auto-opening heat press has advanced features beyond most standard cap presses!  With auto-opening it enables you to multi-task while helping to avoid overapplication and ruined caps.

The Chilli Cap comes with 4 different size exchangeable bottom plates for heat pressing on different size caps - including low-profile, oversize, and full or low crowns.

Each Single Copper sheathed heating rod is tested before it is cast. These heating rods are comparable to those found in industrial ovens.  They heat up quickly, work efficiently and last many years.
