IMPACT CNC THUNDER
The Thunder, from Impact CNC, is a great choice for sign making, parts fabrication and simple woodworking. It offers economical routing of complex or simple designs along with dependability, ease-of-use, and minimal maintenance. The cut quality produced by the Thunder will impress both end users and their customers. Impact CNC Thunder routers can cut a wide variety of materials including:

Both the steel table-frame and gantry on the Thunder are manufactured to the highest standard, ensuring outstanding rigidity. All 3 axes are powered by economical, reliable and quiet Stepper motors which provide a good mix of torque and power. Upgrades to AC Servo motors are available. The X and Y axes run on square THK linear bearings and rails to ensure smooth and accurate travel. These bearings are factory-sealed and provide maintenance free reliability.
Cutting on the Thunder is performed by a 5.5kw air-cooled Manual Tool-Change spindle. Materials are held down with a powerful, air-cooled vacuum-pump and dust is efficiently removed with the Impact CNC dust extraction system which is included as standard. All these components are driven by the easy-to-use NC-Studio CNC controller.
